PRIVACY POLICY
Sharing your photos
is your choice.
TEUM accesses your photo library to help you review photos. It does not send your photos or personal data to the developer's servers.
Effective September 29, 2026
Personal data
TEUM does not collect personal data on the developer's servers. It does not require a developer account or use a separate user behavior analytics SDK. Optional collaboration uses your iCloud account.
If a free user requests a rewarded video to unlock another cleanup, Google AdMob may process device data as described in section 06.
Photo library access
TEUM uses photo library access to show a small daily selection and move only photos you choose to Recently Deleted in Apple Photos.
Personal cleanup is processed on your device. If you enable collaboration, TEUM stores previews of today's photos, photos taken around them, future sessions, capture dates, display names, and cleanup decisions in Apple CloudKit and shares them with people you invite. Original photos' local identifiers remain on your device. Previews use your iCloud storage. Once a day has passed, your device requests deletion of the previews from iCloud the next time you open the app while online. They may remain longer if the app is not opened or the network is unavailable. If you use iCloud Photos, Apple may download originals to your device when they are displayed.
Data stored on your device
Onboarding status, cleanup preferences, notification settings, local photo identifiers, and cleanup history stay on your device to provide app features. Removing the app or its data may delete them. Collaboration previews and decisions are also cached locally; shared iCloud history may remain after you remove the app. When you stop sharing or leave a collaboration, the app clears received caches after access revocation is confirmed. Copies already downloaded or saved elsewhere cannot be recalled.
Photo deletion and iCloud
TEUM does not delete photos automatically. A photo moves to Recently Deleted only after you review the selection and approve Apple's system confirmation. With iCloud Photos, deletion may apply to connected devices. Collaborators only send suggestions; the owner must apply them and approve deletion. You can remove invited people in Manage Collaborators or stop future sharing and revoke access with Stop Sharing My Cleanup. Session dates and decisions remain after previews expire so the owner can apply suggestions.
Notifications
If you allow them, TEUM schedules one local daily reminder on your device. It does not send notification data or device tokens to the developer's servers.
Advertising and third parties
The developer does not sell your personal data or use a separate user behavior analytics SDK.
Free users may choose to watch a Google AdMob rewarded video to unlock one more cleanup. The app requests and shows an ad only after you tap the button. TEUM Pro users do not see ads. The app does not give Google your photos or cleanup history.
When an ad is requested, Google's SDK may collect and process your IP address, which can indicate approximate location; app launches, taps and ad views; device and app identifiers; advertising data; crash logs; and performance and diagnostic data such as launch time, hang rate and energy use. These may be used for ads, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. If you allow App Tracking Transparency (ATT), an advertising identifier may be used for tracking across apps and websites and for personalized ads. Ads without such tracking may still appear if you decline ATT. See Google's Privacy Policy and Partner Sites Policy.
In regions requiring consent, including the EEA and UK, Google's consent form appears before the first ad request. You can change your choice in the app's Advertising Privacy Settings when available.
Policy changes
This policy may change when the app or applicable law changes. The updated terms and effective date will be posted here.
